Equity West’s principals collectively bring to the table a vast wealth of experience covering the real estate fund management and development industry. With over 55 years of real estate experience and active management roles in over $1.1 billion in aggregate real estate transactions, the partners have come together to form a leading fund management platform. The team has the breadth of knowledge, unique understanding of asset valuation, shrewd negotiation skills and a transaction structuring background to pinpoint, underwrite, and successfully capitalize on opportunities. The successful track record of past endeavors, both as principals and in senior management roles, along with the personal and financial commitment as vested partners speaks volumes to the propensity for success of EWCP’s ventures.
